You have 30 days from when your order arrives to let us know if something isn't quite right. Whether it doesn't fit, the color isn't what you expected, or you're just not feeling the corgi magic—we totally get it.

How It Works

Just head over to our Contact Us page and drop us a line. Let us know your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Please Note:

• We may ask for a photo of the issue to help resolve it quickly.
• Items need to be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags still on).
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days once we receive your return.

We don’t offer returns for:

• Change of mind
• Orders placed with incorrect personalization
• Normal wear and tear or misuse
